We're hitting our user cap – time to talk about what's next

We're almost at the 10 active library members I originally planned for, so it's time to figure out where we go from here.

A few things I need your input on:

Should we open up to randoms/search engines?
If we do, how do we vet people? Honest take – I've had way too many sketchy experiences with random users to be super optimistic about this one. What do you guys think?

More games – what's the move?
I've already added 60+ titles to the library. Do we start requiring people to contribute their own games? Switch to a subscription model? Build a wishlist and chip in together?

Do we actually need external notifications?
My gut says no, at least for now. But if we scale up, they might become necessary. Thoughts?

Let me know what you're thinking – decisions like these should come from the crew, not just me.

Hi, I’d prefer it to stay a closed but trustworthy group where everyone contributes. Mainly, I’m thinking about making sure people don’t have to wait too long to play a game. I also like the subscription model β€” paying a small monthly amount that could go toward buying games, mainly AAA titles. Not every release, just the major ones.

Good point. But AAA games are getting overpriced, for example in the US it's $69. Brazil isn't cheap anymore but some games are still priced for R$299. Hong Kong store has a better prices but top-ups are expensive - we don't have a member in HK to buy codes in local supermarket.

We are here in 7 (so far), so any major release can be for just $10 but the line in that case will not be short for sure.
